Erica Fischer, MBA
Erica Fischer completed her Master's in Business Administration from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskyla, Finland. She also completed undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Soil Science with a Chemistry minor at Northern Arizona University and Oregon State University, respectively. Erica’s career in agriculture focused on research in tree fruits before transitioning to quality assurance and field audits of agricultural research projects throughout the US and Canada. As a program manager, she promotes the development and adoption of processes and systems to lead teams to successful outcomes.

Fan Wu, BS
Fan Wu completed his undergraduate education at University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. His career has been concentrated in software and UX development. He has published a solo game venture and collaborated with an indie startup. Prior to joining Curta, he had a lead role at the State of California in digitizing and automating workflows using Excel and VBA.
